A Certified Medical Documentation Expert (AAPC), he has shaped structured reporting workflows for X‑ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, and other imaging studies, and worked hands‑on with platforms including Premier, InSync, CorStudy, RapidRad, UltraLinq, RelayRadiology, TeleRadX, and Medisoft.
He holds a PhD in Management and a Master's in Hospital Administration, and is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, accredited 5S Assessor, and Registered Healthcare Consultant & National Assessor. Under his leadership, VHS has built its reporting and BPO operations around structured, standardized processes designed to hold up at scale — across imaging modalities, platforms, and client sizes.
