As Founder and Managing Director of VTeleRad Healthcare Services, he focuses on supporting U.S. radiology practices, diagnostic imaging centers, and healthcare organizations through radiology virtual assistant services, reporting workflow support, healthcare BPO, and technology‑enabled services.

His expertise spans radiology operations, PACS/RIS coordination, medical documentation, quality assurance, and healthcare administration. He combines healthcare domain knowledge with standardized workflows, trained professionals, and continuous improvement to help clients manage operational demands and scale efficiently.

His background also includes hospital administration, healthcare quality assurance, and accreditation initiatives involving JCI, NABH, NABL, and National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS). His qualifications and credentials include a PhD in Public Health, a Master's in Hospital Administration/Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, QCI‑related consulting credentials, and AAPC medical documentation certification. Under his leadership, VHS has built its reporting and BPO operations around structured, standardized processes designed to hold up at scale — across imaging modalities, platforms, and client sizes.
